Meet the Founder
Jessica Adanich​
Founder, CEO, & Strategic Creative Director

With more than two decades in design and brand development, Jessica brings deep experience across tactical industries, national consumer brands, conservation initiatives, and founder-led companies.
​
Before founding DesignPod, she headed the design and marketing division for Mace® Brand, contributing to award-winning creative and packaging initiatives. Her work has earned national and international recognition for excellence in design.
​
But awards aren’t the point.

Jessica’s approach blends strategic thinking with disciplined creative execution. Clients consistently describe the process as seamless, guided, and intentional — because every project is built around structure, not guesswork.

She works directly with clients to ensure:

Beyond the Studio
Jessica is also the founder of Sharkapalooza Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ocean conservation through art and education. What began as a creative vision has grown into a large-scale community initiative — demonstrating her ability to build brands, movements, and structured organizations from the ground up.

She is also the creator of Fuzzy Sharks, a purpose-driven product-based organization designed to shift perceptions around shark conservation through thoughtful brand storytelling.
​
These ventures reflect the same principles applied at DesignPod: strategy, structure, and mission-led development.
