I'm going to say something that might sting a little. Most businesses are using AI. And most of them are using it wrong. Not wrong in a technical sense — they've got the tools, they're hitting publish, the content is going out. Wrong in a strategic sense. They're using AI to do more of something that wasn't working to begin with. And now they're just doing it faster.
